Receiver Donovan McNabb Jr.’s commitment gives head coach Dan Mullen another prospect for UNLV’s 2027 class. In this Rebel Daily Drive, I look at how that class is coming together and why expectations for the Rebels have grown entering 2026.
I also examine Phil Steele, Athlon and SP+ projections, UNLV’s potential College Football Playoff path and what I would consider a successful 2026 season.
On men’s basketball, I share the biggest takeaways from my interview with head coach Josh Pastner. That conversation covers NIL, roster construction, center Tyrin Jones and the work still ahead as Pastner prepares for his second season.
The episode also looks at the Lady Rebels and why I think women’s basketball coach Lindy La Rocque’s program deserves more attention going into next season.
