UNLV needs a No. 1 receiver. Someone has to take those targets, and someone has to replace Keyvone Lee’s backfield work. Today’s Rebel Daily Drive begins with the players whose larger roles would fill the holes the Rebels actually have.
I look at Taeshaun Lyons and Kayden McGee in the receiver room, along with the competition behind Jai’Den Thomas at running back. The offensive discussion also includes veteran tackle Will Thomas and why his work could be so important to a rebuilt line.
On defense, the discussion turns to the secondary’s mistakes and what Holy Cross transfer Cam Santee brings to the linebackers. More production around the offensive stars will only carry UNLV so far if the defense keeps giving it back.
Watch the episode below and share your pick for the UNLV player who makes the biggest leap this season.
