LAS VEGAS — UNLV will again be without offensive lineman Austin Boyd and receiver DeAngelo Irvin Jr. against North Dakota State, according to Thursday’s initial availability report.
Boyd has been out with an ankle injury since the fourth quarter against Memphis. Irvin has an arm injury and missed the wins over Akron and Cal.
Defensive lineman Cohen Fuller is listed as questionable as he awaits eligibility clearance. He has not played this season, and his status is not injury-related.
NDSU lists guard Griffin Empey and running backs Cortez LeGrant and Barry Kpeenu as questionable. Myles Mitchell is not listed after missing the Wyoming game.
Bison coach Tim Polasek said Tuesday that Mitchell was improving and that he would have considered him probable that day. Nathan Hayes and Chris Kiel are also not listed after Polasek discussed their health earlier in the week.
NDSU will be without safety Ben Schepp, receiver Brandon Walton, tight end Noah Nelson and defensive ends Truman Griffith and Ethan Wood.
